Food Philosophy Private Limited does not accept returns.
However, in instances where the wrong product or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate the refund for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or initiate shipping the correct product again, as the customer may request upon communication.
Such communication has to be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of delivery.
Order once placed, cannot be cancelled or edited.
The refunds normally take 2-3 working days.
